Video shows man stealing cell phone from Bethesda store

Montgomery County Police have posted video of a cell phone theft from a party store in Bethesda.

The incident happened at Party Mania on Saturday around 4:15 p.m.

A tweet by Party Mania says the phone stolen belonged to a manager.

Video shows the suspected thief reaching behind the register and grabbing the phone.

The man was wearing a pink jacket and a white baseball cap.
