Kisses won't come cheap this Valentine's Day.

At least not those made of chocolate.

The price of cocoa was sent soaring last year after a dry, dusty wind began sweeping the major cocoa producing countries in West Africa

The bad crops forced producers to raise prices and shrink packages.
