Up past his bedtime, Prince George meets President Obama and first lady

It has been a very eventful Royal visit for President Barack Obama and first lady Michelle Obama. The couple helped Queen Elizabeth II celebrate her 90th birthday with lunch at Windsor Castle while having dinner at Kensington Palace with the Duke and Dutchess of Cambridge, Prince William and his wife Kate, along with brother, Prince Harry.

But the person who stole the show at Kensington Palace was William and Kate's son, Prince George. The 2-year-old stayed up past his bedtime in his pajamas and robe in order to meet with the United States president and the first lady while photographers captured the adorable moment.

According to Kensington Palace, Prince George thanked President Obama for a rocking horse that was given to him when he was born. In released photos, a stuffed animal replica of Obama's dog, Bo, was placed on an ottoman in the room. The toy was an earlier gift that was also given to the 2-year-old boy.

While the young royal was socializing with the first couple from the states, Prince George's baby sister Charlotte slept through the entire meeting.
