Train service suspended on Camden Line after person struck and killed on tracks

RIVERDALE, Md - Camden Line service was suspended after a person was struck and killed on the tracks Wednesday morning.

Officials say a CSX freight train struck a person who was trespassing on the tracks near the Calvert Road Station in College Park.

Passengers used Metro or Penn Line stations during the morning commute. Service was partially restored around 10 a.m. but delays continued.
