Shots reportedly fired in Chinatown, police investigating

WASHINGTON - Shots have been fired in Chinatown Wednesday morning in Northwest D.C. police say.

A large police presence has been reported at 7th and H Streets.

Police say there are looking for a man in his 40s wearing all black clothing with a thin build last seen going towards 6th Street.
