Sheriff's investigators looking for Northern Virginia ‘Spiritual Guide' fraud suspect

A 51-year-old woman claiming to be a "spiritual guide" is wanted by the Loudoun County Sheriff's office after she allegedly swindled two Northern Virginia women out of thousands of dollars.

Authorities say Isabel Rodriguez Silva stole between $5,000 and $20,000 from the victims, telling them they she was removing a curse.

Investigators say Silva accepted money from the victims and then returned what they thought was the cash wrapped in cloth.

Silva told the victims that they should wait three days to unwrap the money. When they did finally unwrap it, the cash had been replaced with newspaper clippings.
