Scene cleared after suspicious package investigation near US Supreme Court

WASHINGTON - Police have cleared the scene after investigating the report of a suspicious package near the U.S. Supreme Court in D.C.

The police investigation has closed Second Street, between Independence Avenue and Constitution Avenue, and East Capitol Street, between First and Second Streets for about an hour.

No injuries were reported.
