Quadruplets celebrate 4th birthday during blizzard dig-out

WASHINGTON - FOX 5's wants to wish a very happy and snowy fourth birthday to quadruplets Munir, Nassir, Nya, and Mia!

This year, the quads get to celebrate with over 2 feet of snow on the ground!

No word if mom and dad are snowed in or if they dug out in time for birthday cake!
