Wolf Trap Animal Rescue is an organization that has helped over 700 animals find forever homes in the last year. On May 28, 2016, Tysons Corner PetSmart will hold an adoption event with over forty puppies and fifteen kittens.

Wolf Trap Animal Rescue is a fairly new puppy and kitten adoption agency that focuses on rescuing animals from dire situations in Mississippi. Volunteers safely transport them to Virginia, where under the care of Dr. Amber Burton, founder of Wolf Trap Animal Rescue, are examined and treated for diseases. Upon passing their health assessments, the pets are placed in foster homes for two weeks before continuing their journey to find a forever home.

Wolf Trap Animal Rescue works with Tysons Corner PetSmart to hold adoption events that attract over one hundred people. An event is taking place Saturday May 28, 2016 from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. where forty puppies and fifteen kittens are searching for a family to love.

A huge turnout of people must be a good indicator that lots of animals will be adopted? It also means interested adopters are recommended to arrive as early as 11 a.m. to get their names on top of the list! You don't want to miss out on picking your potential new pet.

A post from the organization's Facebook previews some of the fur babies up for adoption. WARNING! You may cringe, feel fuzzy inside, and have a strong desire to uncontrollably scream from cuteness overload.

If you're not ready to adopt, how does fostering sound? The generosity of foster families is essential to the animal rescue process. It's easy to sign up and you have the ability to pick dates from the "foster calendar" that work best for you. The agency also provides the crate, food, and toys. Whether you chose to adopt or prefer to foster, we are convinced the fur babies are grateful for your time, love, and support.
