Police search for vehicle after man shot, killed in southeast DC

WASHINGTON - D.C. Police are investigating following a deadly shooting overnight in southeast. Officers say a man was shot around 10:30 p.m. Thursday night in the 900 block of Varney Street.

The victim was shot in the back and later died at the hospital.

Police say they are looking for two suspects who were last seen driving an older model silver car.
