Police search for missing man last seen in Olney

Montgomery County Police are asking for the public's help in locating a missing 28-year-old man last seen in Olney.

Harrison Franklin Copman was last seen on the morning of May 8 at his home in the 18000 block of Queen Elizabeth Drive.

Copman is a white male, 5'6" tall and weighs 180 pounds. He has short dark-brown hair and a thick beard. He was last seen wearing a black tee shirt with the graphic of a "crazy clown" on the front, and blue jeans. Copman has several tattoos: "RIP Carl" on left arm, two skulls on both upper arms, "Anijah" on the inside of his left arm, a marijuana leaf on his right shoulder, and two stars on both shoulder blades that are red, white and green in color.

Officers and family are concerned for Copman's safety, knowing that he left in an agitated emotional state after a personal-relationship dispute.
