Police: Driving instructor offered passing grade in exchange for sex act

A Montgomery County driving instructor faces charges after he allegedly offered a passing grade to a woman who failed a driving test if she performed a sex act on him.

Police say 21-year old Daniel Perry failed a woman for not coming to a complete stop at a stop sign during a test in July.

Perry allegedly then offered to change her test score and pass the woman if she performed a sex act on him.

Perry was fired by the Motor Vehicle Administration.

Police say he confessed to making the offer during questioning and is due in court at the end of August.
