Police: Death investigation underway after man found dead in Lanham home

LANHAM, Md. - A death investigation is underway after a man was found dead inside of his home in Prince George's County.

Officers say they were called to the 7000 block of Woodstream Terrace in Lanham at around 4 a.m. Thursday. When they arrived, police say they found a male resident suffering from trauma to his body.

At this time, investigators believe the victim and another person who lives at the home were involved in a dispute. Detectives are currently speaking to that person and collecting evidence within the home.

Police have not identified the victim at this time.
