Police arrest man accused of sexually assaulting 12-year-old

Police say the victim's mother encountered the suspect two days later. She lunged at the suspect and forced him to the ground. He managed to get away before police arrived.

Bogan is charged with several sex offenses, second degree assault and additional charges.
