Parents of 9-year-old beaten on school bus file $10 million lawsuit
Saraia Collins was assaulted by a fellow Highland Park Elementary School student on May 8. She has not been back to school since the beating, which was caught on video.
"I'm afraid that they're going to bully and tease me again, " the 9-year-old said.
