Overturned vehicle crash leaves 1 injured in DC

WASHINGTON - An overturned vehicle crash left one person hospitalized early Thursday morning in southeast D.C.

The crash was reported around 4:30 a.m. in the 1600 block of Minnesota Avenue.

It appears the striking vehicle struck several parked cars. Images from the scene show debris in the roadway.

The cause of the crash is under investigation. Roads in the area are closed during the investigation.
