Overnight brawl, shooting in parking lot of Alexandria pool hall draws police investigation

Fairfax County Police say a person was shot during an incident in the parking lot of Fast Eddie's Cafe and Billiards in Alexandria.

Officers arrived around 2 a.m. at the 6200 block of Richmond Highway to find a large group of people fighting.

Police say shots were fired and one person was shot. The 37-year old victim is expected to recover.

Authorities are still investigating at this time.
