#Out'N'About celebrates people with special needs

FAIRFAX, Va. - A big event was held in Fairfax, Virginia on Labor Day to celebrate people with physical and intellectual disabilities.

#Out'N'About, a nonprofit based out of Northern Virginia, put on the event at Ratcliffe Park as people with special needs dance and celebrated Labor Day.
