Normal service resumes on Metro's Red Line
WASHINGTON - Normal service has resumed Thursday morning between the Grosvenor and Friendship Heights Metro stations on the Red Line.
According to a tweet from Metro, there was an earlier track problem at Bethesda, but trains are no longer single tracking.
It was the second day in a row there have been problems on the Red Line.
Trains were also single tracking between Medical Center and Friendship Heights on Wednesday morning due to a faulty insulator.
