NE killing marks DC's 111th homicide in 2015

WASHINGTON - A man shot and killed last night in northeast marked the District's 111th homicide of the year.

The shooting happened just before 8:30 p.m. Wednesday near an apartment building in the 4200 block of East Capitol Street.

Police have not yet identified the victim and have given no word on suspects.
