Mother of missing children Catherine Hoggle still not competent to stand trial
A Maryland woman, whose children have been missing since September of last year, still isn't competent to stand trial in their disappearance.
A judge ruled Thursday that Catherine Hoggle showed some improvement, however, was still not competent for trial.
Hoggle faces multiple charges in disappearance of two of her children, 2-year-old Jacob and 4-year-old Sarah
Police have said they believe the children are dead and are pursuing a homicide case against Hoggle, who has a history of paranoid schizophrenia.
