Montgomery County Police seek missing 12-year-old girl

GERMANTOWN, Md. - Police in Montgomery County are searching for a missing 12-year-old girl who is from Germantown.

According to the Montgomery County Police Department, Jaden Eileen Long was last seen when her mother left their Halethorpe Terrace home for work at 10:30 a.m. Friday.

Officials have described the young girl as an African American female, approximately 5'3" tall and weighing 120 pounds. She has long black hair and brown eyes.

Because of her young age, police and family are concerned for Jaden's welfare.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Jaden Eileen Long is asked to call 9-1-1.
