Missing DC sisters located, police say
WASHINGTON - UPDATE: D.C. police say Bethany and Denayla Martin have been located.
Police are asking for the public's help to locate two sisters last seen in the District.
Authorities are searching for 9-year-old Bethany Martin and 12-year-old Denayla Martin. They were last seen in the 1300 block of Farragut Street in Northwest D.C. at around 8:30 a.m. Thursday, officials say.
Bethany is described as a black female with a medium complexion. She weighs 75 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a camouflage jacket and blue jeans.
Denayla is described as a black female with a dark complexion. She is 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 110 pounds. The 12-year-old has black dreadlock hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a pink shirt with the word "Queen" and dark blue jeans.
