Metro's blue line back to normal after emergency repair

(AP) -- Metro blue line trains are back to normal after emergency repairs early Friday morning. The trains had been rerouted across the yellow line bridge between Virginia and Washington during repairs outside the Pentagon station.

Metro said the change on Friday morning was aimed at minimizing delays during the repairs. Otherwise, Metro says blue, yellow and green line trains would have seen 25 minute delays with blue line trains using only one track.
