WASHINGTON - Train service is back to normal on Metro's Silver, Blue and Orange lines between Eastern Market and Federal Center SW after officials say a teen girl jumped on the tracks.
Metro officials say the incident happened around 8:30 a.m. after a teen girl intentionally jumped on the rails. The girl was uninjured, however, and the train was able to stop in time.
