Man shot in the neck in southeast DC
WASHINGTON - Police are investigating an early Thanksgiving morning shooting in southeast D.C.
Officers say the shooting happened around 2 a.m. in the 1600 block of 28th Avenue.
When police arrived, the victim, who had been shot in the neck, was conscious and breathing.
Investigators have no suspects or motives at this time.
