Man pulls emergency release on-board Metro train stopping it before it could leave station

Metro wants their riders to know to that they should only use the emergency release button during a REAL emergency.

Video from Tuesday night shows a man pulling the emergency release as a train was leaving L'Enfant Plaza.

In a statement, Metro officials said they have heard numerous stories from passengers about what may have happened, so they can't say for sure.
