Man dead, woman wounded after Southeast shooting

WASHINGTON (FOX 5 DC) - A man is dead and a woman is hospitalized after a shooting that occurred early Saturday in Southeast.

Police say it happened around 1 a.m. Saturday in the 1300 block of Pennsylvania Avenue.

DC police say 37-year-old Richfield Chang of Southeast died after getting taken to a nearby hospital. They say another victim, a woman, is recovering at the hospital after getting shot multiple times.

DC Police are offering up to $25,000 for information leading to an arrest. Anyone with information is asked to call police at (202) 727-9099.
