Man charged following fatal stabbing in Silver Spring

Montgomery County police have charged a man with second degree murder after a deadly stabbing in Silver Spring.

A male suspect, 19-year-old Mitchell Zio, has been charged with second degree murder. According to charging documents, the suspect says he acted in self defense.
