Man charged after allegedly filming woman inside Loudoun County medical center bathroom, police say

LANSDOWNE, Va. (FOX 5 DC) - A man is facing charges after police say he used his phone to film a woman while she was inside a restroom stall at a Virginia medical center.

Officials say 31-year-old Jessie O. Scobie from Lovettsville turned himself to authorities over the weekend and was charged with peeping into an enclosure and unlawful creation of image of another.

Police say the incident allegedly happened on March 25 at a medical center in the 19000 block of Deerfield Avenue in Lansdowne.

Scobie was released from the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center on a personal recognizance bond.
