Man arrested after police say he had sex with 13-year-old girl he met online

FREDERICK, Md. - A 26-year-old Annandale man faces rape and sexual solicitation charges after police say he had sex with a 13-year-old girl he met online.

Police say Milton Castro-Martinez befriended the young victim after they met on a social media site.

Authorities believe the two interacted online for several months before finally meeting at a Frederick, Md. motel on Monday where they had sexual intercourse.

On Tuesday, Castro-Martinez contacted the victim online and initiated another meeting in Frederick.

Police set up a sting at the location and placed him under arrest when he arrived.

Castro-Martinez was charged with 2nd Degree Rape and Sexual Solicitation of a Minor.
