LOCATED: 2-year-old boy located safely after reported missing
WASHINGTON - UPDATE 11:15 a.m. - Police say 2-year-old Emir Sheffield has been located safely.

Police are asking for help finding a 2-year-old boy they say was last seen with his father on Tuesday in Southeast, D.C.
Officers say Emir Sheffield was reported missing after he was last observed in the 2400 block of Alabama Avenue with his biological father, Sherrod Twitty. He was reported missing the following day.
Emir is described as a black male with a light complexion. He is 3-foot tall, weighs 25 pounds, and has black braids and brown eyes. He was wearing a red shirt, blue pants, tan boots, a tan jacket and a red hat when he was last seen.
Twitty is described as a black male with a medium complexion. He is 6-foot-tall, weighs 300 pounds, and has brown eyes and short black hair. It is unclear what he was wearing when he was last seen with Emir. Police say he may be driving a blue, older model 4-door Acura, with tinted rear windows.
