Knife-wielding person of interest sought in DC

WASHINGTON -- Surveillance video captured a person of interest who is wanted in connection with an assault with a dangerous weapon incident.

In the video, the man can be seen openly displaying a knife.

D.C. police said the incident happened the night of August 8 in the 300 block of Pennsylvania Avenue in Southeast D.C.
