'Hamilton' the musical is coming to the Kennedy Center

The Broadway musical "Hamilton" will stop at the Kennedy Center as part of the 2017-2018 season, producer Jeffrey Seller and the Kennedy Center announced Tuesday.

The exact dates haven't been released yet, but one thing is certain: Just like on Broadway, you'll have to act fast to score seats. But according to the Kennedy Center, the best way to guarantee yourself a set is to buy a 2016-2017 theater subscription, which makes you first in line for seats for the 2017-2018 Broadway series, which includes "Hamilton".

The 2016-2017 theater subscriptions go on sale on Wednesday, May 18, 2016, at 10 a.m on the Kennedy Center's website.

"Hamilton" is the winner of the 2016 Pulitzer Prize for Drama, and was recently nominated for a record-breaking 16 Tony Award nominations, including Best Musical.
