Germantown man killed in Rockville crash, police say
ROCKVILLE, Md. (FOX 5 DC) - A 27-year-old Germantown man is dead after an early morning crash in Rockville.
Montgomery County police responded to the scene at the intersection of Great Seneca Highway and Darnestown Road around 4:16 a.m. on Saturday.
They say Matthew Dirienzo Klopfer was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators say Klopfer was driving south on Great Seneca Highway when his vehicle left the roadway and became airborne before striking a tree.
