Former Redskin Dexter Manley charged with second-degree assault

WASHINGTON - A Fox 5 viewer says he was assaulted and knocked out by Ex-Redskin Dexter Manley.

Montgomery County Police confirm that they are investigating and charging Manley with Assault. It happened on Wednesday at a Business in Rockville where the victim worked.

The victim says he was looking at his phone when Manley punched him, he then said he woke up at the Hospital.

This is not Manley's first time in trouble with police. He's been arrested several times for drug possession.
