Fairfax County Police search for missing 51-year-old man

BAILEY'S CROSSROADS, Va. - Fairfax County Police are asking the public for their help in locating a 51-year-old man, last seen earlier this week in Bailey's Crossroads.

Daniel O'Connell was reported missing after last being seen around 6 p.m. Wednesday at the Build America Shopping Center in the 3800 block of South George Mason Drive.

Police say O'Connell suffers from mental illness and may be in need of immediate medical attention.

He was last seen wearing blue jeans, brown boots and a gray coat.
