Fairfax County Police cruiser vandalized with spray paint

MCLEAN, Va. - A Fairfax County Police car is barely recognizable after someone vandalized it with spray paint.

The incident happened Saturday night on Westmoreland Street in McLean.

Authorities say the cruiser is a "ghost car" that is typically parked in certain areas to get cars to slow down and increase visibility in the community.
