Emergency crews, police responding to downed trees in Arlington County
ARLINGTON, Va. (FOX 5 DC) - Police and emergency crews are responding to reports of downed trees in Arlington as blustery winds move through the DMV on Saturday.
Around noon on Saturday, they responded to at least one vehicle in the 1100 block of South Hayes Street, where they needed to free two people who'd become trapped by a fallen tree.
They said there were no significant injuries reported as a result of the incident.
A FOX 5 photographer saw a similar incident in Arlington at the corner of Lee Highway and Harrison Street.
