DC Schools to serve breakfast, lunch even though closed for snow

WASHINGTON - Even though D.C. Schools are closed on Tuesday, breakfast and lunch will still be served (at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.) to students and families at 10 locations across Washington, D.C.
