Crews rescue construction worker from trench in Germantown
GERMANTOWN, Md. (FOX 5 DC) - A construction worker was rescued after he fell into a trench at a site in Germantown Tuesday evening.
Montgomery County Fire & Rescue Service officials say dozens of crew members worked to rescue the man in the 12600 block of Wisteria Drive near Great Seneca Highway.
Around 5:15 p.m, crews pulled the worker out of the trench. He was transported to a local hospital.
No injuries have been reported at this time.
