It's that time of the week when we say "Cheers to the weekend!" Every Friday night, we invite a local mixologist to show us how to make one of their signature drinks. Samantha Withall, beverage manager at The Hamilton in Washington D.C., joined us to make a RED Velvet cocktail.

Cocktail: RED Velvet
- 1 oz One Eight Vodka (local DC Distillery)
- 1 oz Cerise Cartron Liqueur (cherry liqueur)
- .5 oz Creme de Cacao dark
- Splash soda water
Shake vodka, cherry liqueur,and creme de cacao with ice hard, then add splash of soda water. Roll drink into highball and then garnish with long lemon twist.
