Cocktail: Lion's Paw
Chill a collins glass.
In a shaker pint:
- 2 oz bulleit bourbon
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1/2 oz allspice dram
- 1/2 oz apple-cider vinegar
- 2 dashes angostura bitters
- 2 dashes Scrappy's orange bitters
Fill with ice and shake for about 15-20 seconds. We're looking for thorough mixing and good dilution. Add 2 large ice cubes in the collins glass. Double strain into the glass, garnish with a long orange peel.
