Chain-reaction crash in DC sends 7 to hospital

Seven people were hospitalized after a chain-reaction crash involving several vehicles during the morning rush-hour.

The accidents happened around 9:30 a.m. near the intersection of Montana Avenue and New York Avenue.

At least four vehicles, including a school bus, were involved. It is unclear if the school bus was being used to transport children.

The extent of the injuries are unknown at this time.

Motorists in the area can expect heavy delays.
