Cement-truck crash temporarily shuts down ramp from Rockville Pike northbound to I-495

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. - A cement truck overturned on the ramp to the Inner Loop of I-495 at Rockville Pike Tuesday evening.
State Police said they did not know what the driver’s condition was.
