A Bolivian woman is thought to be the world's oldest living person.

At nearly 118 years old, Julia Flores Colque still happily sings her indigenous Quechua tongue and strums her little guitar. Her national identity card says she was born on October 26, 1900, in the rural town of Sacaba where she still resides.

Family members reportedly say she is full of life, enjoys being with her pets and singing folkloric songs.

Flores Colque never married and has no children.

At 117 and 10 months, she would be the oldest woman in the Andean nation and possibly the world. The Guinness World Records has reportedly said it never got an application for her to receive the title.
