Body of missing Silver Spring boater recovered

Maryland Natural Resources Police say the body of a boater from Silver Spring has been recovered after he went missing at Kent Island.

Javier Sotelo went missing Sunday after the boat he was riding on went down during rough weather.

Other family members on the boat had life vests, but Sotelo did not have access to one and he did not know how to swim.
