Beltsville house fire

An early morning fire displaced Beltsville residents on Sunday. Shortly after 4:00 a.m. Prince George's County Fire officials arrived at a single family home in the 11000 block of Old Baltimore pike.

Fire officials say that there was heavy fire on arrival and that the residents were alerted to the fire by smoke detectors. One civilian had a minor injury (not burn injury), while two firefighters had small injuries as well.

The cause of the fire is undetermined yet, but the house is totaled.
