Americans to spend $7 billion on Halloween
WASHINGTON - Americans are expected to spend $7 billion this year on Halloween costumes, candy, and decorations this year.
The National Retail Federation says the average person will shell out about $74 dollars on holiday spending - about $3 dollars less than last year.
The biggest spending points are expected to be adult and kid costumes, pet costumes, candy, and cards!
