Alexandria considering dockless bikes, electric scooters

ALEXANDRIA, Va. - The city of Alexandria is considering whether to test dockless bicycles and electric scooters after the devices popped up in D.C., Arlington, and Montgomery County.

On Tuesday, FOX 5's Gary McGrady visited the city in Northern Virginia to ask residents what they think.
